Exchange Mail

The organization I work with is into software development, it is a small organization which has only 20 people to work with. Now slowly my organization is expanding business to different parts of the country. Infrastructure requirements are also increasing along with the growth of the company. Few days back management decided to install Microsoft Exchange Server support to provide internal mail facility to the workers. They decided to give me this responsibility to get the exchange server support installed and also to handle the exchange server maintenance.

First I decided to look for the exchange server support providers, so that we can come to know about the maintenance cost and they will be the right person to guide us about the best exchange server available in the market. So I started my search from Google website, I tried the keywords like- Exchange server support, exchange server 2007 support, exchange server 2003 support, microsoft exchange server support, windows exchange server support, online exchange server support etc. I came to know about many vendors who provide exchange server support but all of them were providing service at very high cost which my organization could not afford to pay them.

So I decided to continue my search using different means like- we gave an advertisement in a news paper for exchange server support. This was really helpful as we got offers from more than 50 exchange server 2007 support providers. We shortlisted them as per their company profile.

Now we asked each of them to send their representative to discuss about Microsoft exchange server support and its maintenance cost. We discussed different issues related to exchange server 2003 support and exchange server 2007 support. Even we discussed about online exchange server support also. But few of them were not able to give satisfactory answers or they were asking a very high price to provide the exchange server support service.

Finally we decided to give the contract to iYogi Technical Services, as they were providing online exchange server support, exchange server support through telephone and their service charges were very nominal. The management of my organization is happy with their services.
